"It saddens me to see so many five-star ratings, but unfortunately, my experience has not been the best. Our agent is Fabiola, and communicating with her is incredibly difficult; she is always out of the office, and even when she is in, she is unavailable. It has been a terrible experience, and I’ve had enough. I understand that State Farm is a good insurance provider, but this particular office is definitely not the best—at least not in our case."

"We left today. I gave a 5 star review a year ago. ( its under my husband ' robert criner') Sadly this office has gone down hill. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. To know now that I was driving without insurance for a week(?) Due to a "new employee error" is scary...

She saved me and my dad over 100 bucks a month on our vehicle insurance! I’ve called multiple other insurance carriers and nobody can beat StateFarm.
